All USA Vigas boilers utilize Lambda Sensors to constantly
monitor and control both Primary and Secondary air delivery
to the fire. This oxygen sensing system ensures the gasification
is operating at peak efficiency from initial firing through
shut down. This technology provides an efficient way to utilize
significantly less wood to produce more heat compared to traditional
wood boilers. The emissions from the stack are also reduced
to improve air quality and provide you with a smoke free burn.
The heating capacity of the Vigas boilers ranges from 25 KW
- 100 kW or 85,000 BTUs - 341,000 BTUs.
A unique ability of the Vigas boiler controls allows the end
user to modulate its burn. Meaning the smallest unit, 25
kW / 85,000 BTUs, is capable of producing 17,000 - 104,000 BTU's;
all with the push of a button. The boiler can be adjusted to
fit the load to ensure that your fuel isn't being wasted; especially
as the seasons change and the ambient outdoor temperature demands
